Sailing VA is a virtual photo agency comprised of photographers who contribute their pictures with the purpose of providing you with the bigest stock of photos about sailing around the Internet and obtain the maximum benefit from the sale of his photos.
Sailing VA have galleries that previously existed in Photoshelter, which are related to sailing and belong to the photographers of the agency.
To qualify as a photographer of Sailing VA, it is sufficient to belong to Photoshelter, have at least one gallery directly related to sailing and wait to be invited to the agency or proposed to belong to it by sending an e-mail to ibaixauli@sailingva.com .
These are some of the conditions that the photographer must accept:
- The photographer does not have pay any sum of money to Sailing VA
- The photographer does not pay any fee to Sailing VA
- The photographer is free to leave the agency at the time he/she want
- The photographer will be admitted or not according to the Sailing VA sole criterion of Ignacio Baixauli as the creator of Sailing VA
- The photographer's galleries will be accepted or not in VA Sailing on the criterion of Ignacio Baixauli
- The content of http://pa.photoshelter.com/va-show/V0000P9XJapjRPcU (Sailing VA) and pages linked from this address may be integrated into other websites for the sole purpose of disseminating the content of Sailing VA.

Ignacio Baixauli reserves the right to obtain compensation for this integration of Sailing VA in other portals in return for the following work:

Sailing VA es una foto-agencia virtual compuesta por fotógrafos que aportan sus galerías de fotos con la finalidad de ofrecerle la mayor oferta de fotografías sobre vela de todo Internet y obtener el máximo beneficio por la venta de sus fotografías.
Sailing VA se nutre de galerías de fotos que previamente existen en Photoshelter, que están relacionadas con vela y pertenecen a alguno de los fotógrafos de la agencia.
Para pertenecer a Sailing VA como fotógrafo, es suficiente con pertenecer a Photoshelter, tener al menos una galería relacionada directamente con vela y esperar a ser invitado a la agencia o bien proponerse para pertenecer a ella enviando un e-mail a ibaixauli@sailingva.com.
Estas son algunas de las condiciones que el fotógrafo debe aceptar:
- El fotógrafo no paga ninguna cantidad de dinero por pertenecer a Sailing VA
- El fotógrafo no paga ninguna comisión por venta a Sailing VA
- El fotógrafo es libre de dejar la agencia en el momento que quiera
- El fotógrafo será admitido o no en Sailing VA en función del único criterio de Ignacio Baixauli como creador de Sailing VA
- Las galerías del fotógrafo serán admitidas o no en Sailing VA en función del criterio de Ignacio Baixauli
- El contenido de http://pa.photoshelter.com/va-show/V0000P9XJapjRPcU (Sailing VA) y páginas a las que enlace esta dirección, podrá ser integrado en otras webs con el único fin de divulgar el contenido de Sailing VA.
- Se podrán solicitar acreditaciones en nombre de SailingVA, pero hay que pedir autorización enviando un e-mail a ibaixauli@sailingva.com
Ignacio Baixauli se reserva el derecho de obtener alguna compensación por esta integración de Sailing VA en otros portales como contraprestación por los siguientes trabajos:
